Link building software, and what most of it leaves out

Most link building software is a database with a search box. It tells you a site exists, its Domain Authority and roughly what kind of link it gives, and then it stops. The work, reading the site’s rules, creating the account, finding the one field that accepts a URL, and checking afterwards that the link is real, stays with you. That gap is where the hours go.

The bulk submitters of the last decade did the opposite and posted the same text to thousands of sites without reading any of them. The links were nofollow, unindexed or deleted within a week, and the sites that accepted them stopped being worth anything. Automation earned its bad name honestly.

The third option

An agent that reads each site’s method the way a person would, and is honest about the result:

What it costs against the alternatives

  Cost Time to 50 links
In-house link builder $2,500 to $4,000 a month 3 to 6 weeks
Agency or marketplace $150 to $400 per DA 40+ dofollow link 4 to 8 weeks
SEO Agent Free for 25 sites, $97 a year for all 1,245 An afternoon

Figures for the first two are typical market ranges, not a survey.
